In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent location – it truly adds to the convenience and comfort of staying at your establishment. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service. Wonderful hotel, great staff in a perfect location. Exactly as pictured, very spacious and bright, well equiped with self-catering conveniences, including fridge, cooktop and oven. My room overlooked Centraal Station, so beautiful view as well. Very good location to explore shops and restaurants, we walked everywhere. The gym was excellent too, very complete, we used it many times. Free nespresso in the lobby for guests, amazing. And a shout out to the team working on reception desk, they were always super nice, patient and helpful. I loved my stay and will be certainly coming back.

The location of the hotel is a big advantage. Main important landmarks were mostly reachable on foot, including crossing of the Erasmus bridge. Additionally, it was well connected with the public transport whether you are reaching the hotel by metro/tram/bus. Room was clean and we did not request a cleaning service for a short stay. Breakfast buffet is quite rich but a bit expensive. The staff were pleasant and supportive, especially the lady who was working on the reception. There is a big supermarket near the hotel so you can equip yourself with a healthy snack before going out and about.
