This was a fabulous place to stay. The owner does walking safari and this was amazing and we got to see rhino’s. The facilities are basic but the showers are hot. If you are looking for 5 start this is not for you. It js a step back into nature and a beautiful setting. The meals are fantastic and there is an fire pit in the evening to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

First time here at Regenta Resort and Spa and I have really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was swift, staff were polite and helpful. Rooms on riverside was reasonably priced and well equipped, clean and upto standard. Breakfast was tasty and had variation. Definitely would come back and stay if i ever visited this side of country.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff made my stay exceptional. The location it's perfect you are really close walking to the town so you escape from the noisy main street. You are surrounded by beautiful rice fields. It's a familiar business and they are all really warm and help with all the guide and tours that can be done at chitwan. Excellent breakfast ready to start the day and they also prepare it depending on your activities (never seen this in all my bookings in Nepal). Plus they have the loveliest dog ever !!
