The Lodge was located very nicely and the view, especially for sunset, was incredible. Eddy and his family are super nice people, we booked all-inclusive and had the 2h Uros-Boat-Tour on the day of our departure, which was very interesting. In addition, they did a great job with the gluten-free meals (as my girlfriend is coeliac).

Everything. Lovely hotel in a bit of a random place but first class. Eddison the manager was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Nice bar area and good breakfast. Garage parking, hot water, comfy bed it has it all and excellent value for money.

The location is amazing, the room is comfortable and the breakfast's great. Also the staff was extremely helpful and friendly: we arrived at 6 AM and they allowed an early check in for us so that we could rest. They also provided me a laundry service that was perfect. Thank you!

The hotel is very beautiful, new, very nice staff that prepared for us a packed breakfast even at 4 in the morning. Super recommended!

The room was clean and light, great water pressure and nice bath tub, comfortable bed and a small fridge available. We want to highlight the extremely helpful staff and the great service we received. They even called us when they realized we had not had breakfast yet to remind us. We also had altitude sickness and they were available 24/7, with coca tea, calling a doctor at 1:30am and a taxi before 6am.

Perfect location, walking to the center in one minute… very clean with a big bathroom… the staff are super warm and friendly, they even help you to go out to change money… I wouldn’t consider other options in Puno.
