The best thing about this resort is the staff. They are so warm, attentive and a lot of laughs! I would come back just to experience that again as they made my stay really special 😉. The pool and mountain views are wonderful. Also a big positive is the food. Italian menu, freshly made authentic pasta was incredible. The location is also really ideal, just a short 5 minute ride to the busy part of San Juan. It's very peaceful and away from the busy tourist area. You will need to either hire a scooter or tricycle but if you like walking it's also possible, but up hill. Salamat Nakabalo team and see you soon! X

We arrived april 11 the AC is not working we sleep like in sauna,,, i book for 2nights. Im really disappointed, and ii look for other hotel becuose of white villas hotel my vacation tir to horror,, wasti of time AND MONEY

Getting out of the room with my snorkeling mask and fins to see some fish right in front, and 10 minutes later coming back to the room's balcony and have breakfast looking at the ocean... And a few minutes before sunset, just place a couple of chairs in the sand and order a cocktail. What else do you need? Deluxe Room is nice and simple, with just enough space to store your stuff and still be comfortable. Everything was clean. Restaurant menu has some good stuff and breakfasts were nice. They can rent some snorkeling equipment and even have a kayak you can use for free, which was one of the highlights of our stay as we used it to snorkel the reefs nearby (one as captain, the other diving).
