Top service and absolutely client-oriented approach with a nice human touch! Personnel is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Due to the issues with LOT airlines, had to overstay some time beyond the check out, but it was granted to me with no issues and extra-charges. Hands down 100% recommended! Excellent location, beautiful and modern building and the facilities, courteous staff before and after checkout (we left our luggage for half a day), wide selection of food in the morning, fantastic views from the windows, next to the shopping centre and the Old Town, gym and numerous amenities.
