This is a big hotel from the pre-1989 years and it sure looks it both on the outside and inside, but there has been lots of renovation and I actually liked the air of old times that lingers over the place, from the times when this hotel probably was the place to be and be seen in Pila. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, it was possible to park my car just outside and I was served a delicious dinner in the bar-restaurant. The room was spacious, rather basic but has everything you need - including a nice, modern bathroom and good wi-fi connection. The view from the window over the Gwda river and a park is also very nice and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I booked this hotel because I just needed a place to crash on a car journey from Slovakia to Sweden, but I ended upp falling in love with this place and hope I can go back and stay there again in the future!

Hotel it’s very nice and modern absolutely beautiful.Staff are very friendly,always helpful never too much trouble.Room very clean ,with all this stuff in the kitchen .But single bed are very small ,definitely not big enough for a man.Part of that everything else absolutely fantastic.We definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this place! Fabulous location with lake view. 30 min walk from train station 20mins of this is lakeside.. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, with a lovely terrace and your own chairs and table facing the lake. What’s more amazing is the hotel also has free bikes and kayaks you can use, we also went for swims and sunbathed on the naturally sandy beach. The stars at night from the end of the pier are awsome. The restaurant serves great food and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and professional. There was a large party while we were there, which we were invited to and of course accepted. we had a great time the food was again amazing and there was live music who were brilliant and then a bbq. The party went on until 2am I think but we didn’t hear anything from our apartment. 5*
