The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Zakopane, which is great because it's quiet. There is a parking lot, there is enough space for all guests. Convenient entrance to the hotel. Nice hotel owner who speaks English and is ready to help. The room is very nice, comfortable shower, warm water flows immediately, no need to wait, good water pressure. The view from the room is directly to the mountains, opposite our room was an old house, but it looks authentic and does not cut the eye. The breakfast is decent, for different tastes, if your goal is to taste everything in the world, you may not be satisfied, but if your goal is to eat tasty and satisfying, you will be satisfied.

We have stayed here quite a few times and are always satisfied with the experience. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The parking is free, easy, and there's always lots of space available close to the hotel entrance, which is important for us. There's lots of variety at breakfast. Also, we enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. This hotel is always our first choice when staying in Zakopane.

We have ordered breakfast to the room, and received our order as per our request, and on time. delivery was fresh, and eggs were recently cooked, not cold. Rooms were so comfortable we did not have any problem. we did not use the SPA, but menu was large, and looked like fancy. The place was perfect. The location is good, and it also has Shell 1min walk away, so you can get water or anything at any time. Kasprowy Wierch is close as well. The stuff was great, helped with everything. Rooms are great, mattress was perfect just as pillow and blanket. Rooms are too warm or hot too. Everything feels fresh there! Breakfast was also great! They will cook you fresh pancakes or omelettes as well!

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :)
