Very friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel is across the road from the Coimbra A station, but there was no railway or traffic noise. Good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby. A very comfortable stay.

Amazing place we would come back . Swimming pool heated and just so nice with food and drinks. Very quiet. Nice rooms renovated and quiet . One of the lady staff was really nice and helpful - she deserves a promotion!

Next to us was extremely noisy family without education and empathy to oters people around. We complained about their shouting and noise they were doing. They offered us another room. Then all was perfect. Hotel it's self is close to river and has really nice views
