This place is a gem. I can write only positive things. The host was really nice. The little house what we rented was a dreamhouse. :) Brand new furniture, unbeatable view. More than perfect for the nicest getaway. I would return any time. The center of Kobarid is close as well.

the studio is small, but it has all you need for staying a couple of days. The location is great to explore the Soca Valley. The owner is really nice, he gave us some great recommendations and when he saw that we are traveling with a baby he even gave us a high chair. We recommend this accommodation. We had a great stay in Tolmin. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Karmen is an exceptional host. There was a cheese plate and lemonade waiting for us when we arrived. We happened to be staying on my wife's birthday and Karmen left a small gift for her in the morning. It is these extra personal touches that really make a stay memorable.

Everything was great! :-) The apartment is big enough, clean, modern and pretty. The host Robi is friendly and speaking very good English. We loved it there.

We reserved this apartment last minute because we didn't like it in Isola and it was like a lotery win! Clean and cozy apartment (there was also washing machine and dishwasher), swimming pool, outside seating, sunbeds etc. "Most na Soči" city is nearby (20 mins by walk), there is supermarket, gas station and some restaurants or bars. Soči river/lake is around 10 mins by walk. The owner Vlado is super kind and lends his canoe or SUP for free. Paddling on the river was amazing, it's really still there. And this accommodation is dog friendly (for an extra fee 4 euros per night).
