Spacious, very clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped, with top of the range beddings. Some tea bags and coffee pods were offered which was highly appreciated. We were welcomed by a very nice and attentive receptionist who made everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely a top address in Kobarid.

the studio is small, but it has all you need for staying a couple of days. The location is great to explore the Soca Valley. The owner is really nice, he gave us some great recommendations and when he saw that we are traveling with a baby he even gave us a high chair. We recommend this accommodation. Boka Hotel was beautiful and located very close to the waterfall and swimming spot. The view was breathtaking, and the hotel room was comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food, and the surroundings were wonderfully peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we got to enjoy an ice-cold beer on the hotel terrace before check-in (we arrived a bit too early), but they still kindly let us have the room in advance.

We had a great stay in Tolmin. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Karmen is an exceptional host. There was a cheese plate and lemonade waiting for us when we arrived. We happened to be staying on my wife's birthday and Karmen left a small gift for her in the morning. It is these extra personal touches that really make a stay memorable.

Everything was great! :-) The apartment is big enough, clean, modern and pretty. The host Robi is friendly and speaking very good English. We loved it there.
