Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, great location. Beds are so comfortable, very clean, very nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely, good variety. Pool was very nice to return to after a days activities. Walk to many nearby attractions.

Our family has been spending New Year’s holidays in Bangkok for several years, and we consistently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Its convenient location near Siam Paragon, excellent service, and high-quality standards have made it our go-to choice for many years. Last year, we decided to try something new and stayed at the Eastin serviced apartment hotel. It was a wonderful experience: spacious rooms, a cosy, almost homely atmosphere – everything was convenient and comfortable. In 2025, we continued this tradition and chose Chatrium, which also offers serviced apartment accommodations. We were delighted with excellent service, a convenient location, and diverse, delicious breakfasts - everything was top-notch! A shuttle operated between the hotel and Siam Paragon every 10 minutes, with a travel time of just 2 or 3 minutes. It was convenient that you could send your shopping bags via the shuttle, and they would be delivered directly to your room, allowing you to continue your shopping without interruption. The only minor drawback was the relatively modest pool, and there were times when sunbeds were in short supply, but for a city-based serviced apartment hotel, this was not a critical issue. Verdict: we will return! 😎

It's our second stay at Ascott. Very impressive experience. We got a free upgrade to Studio Executive. The room was spacious with kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for family travellers like us. Our 5-year-old boy had his birthday on the fourth day of our stay. The hotel surprised him with a cake! As for the facilities and service, the swimming pool was as great as always. There were a wide variety of breakfast options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are spacious, well decorated. And the bathroom is big. Rooftop next door is amazing. MOTT32 Hong Kong restaurant is very good though pricey again. Service is top notch - what you expect from such hotel. Situation just across the BTS is perfect too. Swimming pool is amazing too - as there is sun most of the day on the pool - as it's not always the case in BKK
