The architecture and interior design are exceptionally well-researched, creating a cohesive and immersive experience throughout the property. From the elegant dessert area and dining room to the inviting public spaces and thoughtfully designed guest rooms, every detail is meticulously curated to maintain a harmonious aesthetic. Our room was impressively spacious, featuring large, comfortable beds, an expansive bathroom, and a generously sized TV. The retro-style sofa set and antique furniture were also fully functional, adding both character and comfort to the space. The wide hallway led to a delightful secret room, providing children with their own cozy retreat. Both afternoon tea and breakfast were beautifully presented and delicious, reflecting the same level of artistry and care evident in the hotel’s design. A truly remarkable stay that blends aesthetics, comfort, and culinary excellence.

Everything!! plus we got a free upgrade which is a plus! Cleanliness/Staff/rooms/breakfast was great! The rooms were spacious and well thought out, that included breakfast was fairly decent and the kids really enjoyed the play room on the ground floor, I would definitely stay again! The location was very close to the Puli Night market, several convenience stores and a market as well.

Great place to stay. The dorm rooms offer a lot of privacy and all the facilities were clean and worked well. The staff will help you with anything you need. I used this place as a home base for visiting Sun Moon Lake and Huisun forest.

The staff were friendly & attentive, all three rooms were beyond expectations. Breakfast was as expected for a buffet style included in the price and had numerous options for both Western and Chinese style. We weren't expecting the following in our room, high quality tea, coffee, bottles of water, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. Actual potable drinking water system available in the room and if you preferred sparkling water, it is available down the hall next to the elevators. Parking available on site, be sure to have your license plate available at check in. Numerous restaurants and stores available in the immediate area (see map in your room guest folder). Money for value without question, would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a terrific stay if you are going to the Sun Moon Lake swim. The pool was good for swimming laps but also the large wading pool is great for kids and the massage pool and sauna's. This hotel has so much to offer we did not have enough time to enjoy it all so we hope to return! The breakfast buffet is exceptional, tremendous variety and high quality. The town of Puli is a great base we enjoyed exploring and trying many of the restaurants!
