Check in staff great afternoon staff rude when I asked about my card get charged $130 when my room was $107 Very disappointed Put us in room and shower did not work. Trying to pull faucet to make shower and felt like it would come off the wall and not stopper for tub??

I didn’t have breakfast the bed was super comfortable I overslept for breakfast the rooms were clean I was impressed with the restroom the tub is the first thing I look at
