Loved the private beach, facilities (sunscreen, waters, towels) Spa was incredible - best massage. However, these were not in the huts as pictured and requested and as a special occasion I was dissapointed. We did the snorkel canoe tour - ended up being just us - amazing guides super friendly

Our 6 nights in the Hilton Oahu Kapolei were just awesome! The front desk staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Thanks! The room was spacious, clean and nice to return to after touring around the island. Breakfast was good and tasty . We also enjoyed our dinners there. Thanks to the housekeeping staff too. And thanks for upgrading our room when we arrived!!

Close to the airport, it was perfect since I had an early flight the next morning. Ken the bellman is definitely a superstar! Very professional, helpful knowing how busy he was!!! Ken you're the best. The front desk was nice too, I arrived early and they still spontaneously checked if they could have a room ready for me, it didn't happen but I really appreciate that they took action and checked just in case.
