It was an amazing place, we were on the road and decided to stop for the night. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. Breakfast is very good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, helping out with any questions we had, additional amenities we needed, and when there were any issues with the room we were staying in. The hotel itself was very clean, smelled fresh and new, and housekeeping were swift and quiet. Our room was large and comfortable, AC worked great to heat and cool, and all the bathroom facilities were great. Parking lot was large and there was always a space to park near the front doors.

Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The room was warm and inviting , the beds are very comfortable . We felt extremely safe walking around day or night in St Charles . There are plenty of boutique dinning spots within a short walk from the hotel .
