The picture of the room and the view match my experience. The room was spacious and had great light. The hotel has a great foyer area - ceiling fans, sofas - and a ground floor gym, free to use for guests. My room on the first floor had two fridges, a micro, a/c, a big tv, everything I could want for a stopover during a road trip. I ended up staying there 3 days because it was comfortable and in a good location to explore the western side of Lake Michigan. The hotel is a straight road - one mile - from Harrington Beach State Park with its lovely walks along the shore. The village of Belgium was very sweet and well off, very safe. There was a Subway and McDonalds and a gas station within feet. Also, the Interstate was a minute away. The lady at reception was very pleasant and always helpful, as was the manager, who allowed me to use reception's desk top to access the hotel's printer. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would return there with no hesitation.

the staff at this location were extremely welcoming. when we arrived at the location, majority of the rooms were occupied due to the weather and the power being out, the staff helped me and my partner get a room while they had a lot of people to help and the work load they had to do. The rooms were clean and the very quiet due to the circumstances the hotel were dealing with. Would 100% book again.
