The staff who were obviously under pressure with the influx of clients avoiding Hurricane Ian. Front desk put everyone at ease TyJaun & Rosa dealt with our requests very promptly and with a smile. Ramy the Front desk manager worked wonders when we asked to extend our stay. The rooms were exactly as Double Tree Hilton advertised, big with comfy beds.
