The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room and it was perfect. The sink in the kitchen and the bathroom were both designed to allow a wheelchair to roll up to them. The shower had a strong, comfortable shower chair. It easily held my weight and I'm 500lbs. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

The room, The food establishments, The casino staff and hotel staff were great to amazing. The older lady that was training another woman at 830pm on Monday June 19th. She was the one to check me in. Should be employee of the month for June.

I was very impressed with how comfortable the beds were.Also I loved how quiet the hall was that I was on.Everyone was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent for tge price.I thought the evening and morning staff were very friendly and helpful with all my questions.
