The breakfast has a good variety not to mention a really lovely environment to dine in. Location of the hotel just a stone throw away from the old city and we were greeted every morning by the local children as we walk to the old city. The hotel decor is tastefully done and really feels like an oasis to come back to after a day out in a rather sandy Khiva. The staff are a fantastic bunch!

Perfect breakfast. It is located 3 km from the old city, but taxi cost app. 1 - 1.3 USD only. The hotel has very good swimming pool which is free for hotel visitors and is open until late evening. The hotel accepts only uzbek money. However, it is easy to change money in the city.

A lovely place to stay in Khiva. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town. The room was spacious, warm and clean. The owner was exceptionally friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend to stay here and we will stay if we return to Khiva!

The Hotel is runned by a family. This means literally to feel at home. The guy at the reception speaks a perfect English and he's incredibly kind and helpful. His mother prepares the breakfast, served on the terrace where you can have an amazing view over the Khiva cityscape. All the goodies are homemade, the fruit is fresh and it's simply the best breakfast I had so far in Uzbekistan. Bathroom is perfect clean. Position is perfect, inside the citadel. PS: the dad plays traditional live music. Best place to stay in Khiva.

This was such a special stay, not least because Nodir and his wife are extremely welcoming and wonderful. The hotel itself is so lovely and perfectly situated inside the citadel. The breakfast is fantastic, even for a vegan coeliac like me! This hotel is a real gem and a true oasis in Khiva.

Very luxury,attached bathroom & AC,breakfast,even indoor swimming pool,like 5 star hotel. The new one hotel near railway station(+-2.5km) and Khiva scenic spot,very clean and friendly boss & staff. We're also use kitchen to cook some missed home food. Thanks much.
