The administrator was very helpful. Room is good size, excellent choice of TV channels, great breakfast, no complaints

Staff very friendly and prepared a pack up breakfast as we had an early flight, very much appreciated. A great stay for a flight out of Urgench.

The team at Antalya Grand Palace make the hotel what it is - they are always there to help you. One of the biggest apprehensions we had with coming to Uzbekistan was people who can converse in English as the main languages are Uzbek and Russian. As you can appreciate this is worrying when travelling to a country for the first time. On arrival we were greeted by a professional, courteous young man called Feruz. Upon meeting him we could tell he was passionate about his job and career in leisure and hospitality - managing the desk and helping customers with their stay. Feruz spoke good English and helped us a lot and made our stay feel homely. The other team members including the breakfast service staff were very accommodating and provided an excellent variety of food and snacks in the morning. The team make-up for any shortcomings in the facilities. Other points of note were the rooms are very generously sized and maybe the bathrooms could have been slightly larger as the layout in our room was pretty tight. Also, the water was look warm even after running for a while. The air conditioning units need looking at as they were blowing hot air out. Given we have come in October and the weather is warm but comfortable this did not matter much. Thank Antalya Grand Palace for making our stay homely.

Everyone at reception, administration including room service were very kind and helped us throughout our stay in Urgench. The shuttle car met us at the Railway station in time and took us comfortably to the hotel. Swimming pool and sauna is good and clean. The breakfast is delicious. Special thanks to guys and girls at reception for helping us out and ordering a taxi to airport for us!
