The location was perfect and the flat is in a very good condition and Mrs Liliana make everything easier for us so I'll recommend the flat for sure.

The hotel is convenient, for its price, location and the shittle bus from and to the airport. The staff is simply brilliant, polite and professional, I was so impress of how I was treated <3. The hotel looks simple in the outside, but it is super comfy in the inside, the room was spacious, very well decorated, the bed amazing. I cant recommend it enough! They have a stand in the airport, and everything has its logos to make people feel safe. I am a woman traveling alone, and I never felt safe before at the airport. Thanks to the hotel staff for its great work!

Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.

Friendly and supportive staff and the location is perfect. We ordered room service dinner and it was incredible. Very nice meal. I had an emergency and needed printing some documents the Team was very nice and helpful. The suit was very spacious and comfortable to share as a family. Parking and security is great. We all loved it and if in Caracas again we'll definitely come back.
