We stayed at Acoustic during our trip in Vietnam. It was our home away from home in-between our trips to Halong Bay, Ha Giang and Ninh Binh. The staff is attentive and all of them are so kind. The rooms are cool and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We slept better here than in any other hotel we ever slept in which was also the reason we kept on coming back. We got a roomupgrade and also slept in the new building. The rooms here were more modern and spacious but we liked all the rooms. Breakfast is good so as is the gym and it's at a perfect central location.

Very good location. Very comfy and clean accommodation. Brilliant customer service. friendliness and helpfulness. Staff make every effort to remember guests’ names and were always willing to help us make the most of our time in Hanoi. Our room was beautiful, clean and fitted with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the water pressure of our shower was fantastic. We loved our time at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond and will definitely return next time we’re in Hanoi.

Everything was perfect, friendly staff always help me, Anthony arranged everything from taxi at airport to transfer to Sapa, he is a friendly man knows his work well, you can trust him to arrange everything in Hanoi or north cities, also a lady at reception always response to any inquires. The location is in an old town quarter all shops, cafes, restaurants are infront of the hotel. Clean rooms with a beautiful view of the lake and city. I really recommend this hotel if you come to Hanoi.
