The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and sufficient. The play area was awesome for the kids. My family and I enjoyed everything. His warm smile and welcoming attitude set the tone for our stay. A special shoutout goes to Terrence, our game drive guide, whom my son fondly referred to as the “Walking Encyclopedia.” His passion for wildlife and deep knowledge made the entire experience unforgettable. Every animal we encountered came with an interesting and educational story, making the game drive not just fun but also enriching for all of us. Brette, who took us on the boat ride, was a true professional. He made us feel completely safe and comfortable while allowing us to fully enjoy the peaceful beauty of the water and its surroundings. We were also looked after so well by Janet, our waiter, and James at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a treat, and the service was attentive and warm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Cradle Moon. The combination of stunning nature, outstanding hospitality, and passionate staff made this a trip to remember.
