We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Hotel Wirtshaus Post is located in the pedestrian zone of St. Johann in Tirol, only a 15-minute walk from the Kitzbüheler Horn Cable Car. The location is lovely in the middle of town. The spa is very modern and perfect for relaxing after a hard day. The staff are absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and so helpful. We came back and stayed a few more nights.

Surrounded by the scenic panorama of the Tyrolean Alps, Schlosshotel Kitzbühel was built in the style of a Tyrolean castle. The stay was amazing and can only recommend to everyone who like the combination of wellness and hiking. Amazing breakfast, food at the Tiroler Abend on Friday evening was outstanding. Staff and hospitality was unbelievable supportive and friendly and the wellness area super relaxed. The bed was really very comfortable and the room sizes quite big for the price. We really enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
