Located in Semmering, 22 km from Rax, Steirer-Apartment Semmering has ski-to-door access, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Upon arrival, the friendly staff welcomed us in a very quick manner, which was much appreciated. Cutlery, towels and washing necessities were also provided. The overall vibe was very peaceful and homely, a perfect reflection of the picturesque surroundings. I should also point out the nearby BILLA, which was a massive plus and saved us in the morning. Ski slopes are very close, and the nearby railway is like a dream come true for rail fans, though the astonishing scenery makes it a pleasure for hikers as well.

Boasting free bikes and views of garden, Zum Fally - Landgasthof is a guest house set in a historic building in Kirchberg am Wechsel, 36 km from Schneeberg. The accommodation has a sauna. The location was absolutely beautiful, rolling hills, snow covered mountains and forests all around. Very peaceful. The room was beautiful, a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, a choice of cooked eggs, different breads and cold meats and cheese, homemade jams. We had dinner as well, which was absolutely delicious. Everything homemade and locally sourced. Austrian cuisine with a modern twist. The staff and the landlady were friendly and easy to talk to. We definitely will come back.

The Linsberg Asia Hotel, Spa & Therme is an adults-only 4-star superior hotel in Bad Erlach featuring a spa area with an outdoor and 3 indoor saunas, 2 hot tubs, and a pool with an Asian garden. Extremely kind staff on the reception as well as restaurants. All meals were very delicious but we also ordered a’la card dinner and this was really exceptional. We strongly recommend this experience. Comfortable beds with folding roller which made this also sofa and a very sensational “friend” :)
