They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

We loved our stay at Banya Regnum! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great and all the facilities offered by the hotel exceeded our expectations. The shuttle that took us to the gondola in Bansko was a great service the hotel offered.
