Excellent location and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. Pet friendly rooms were not too much extra and came with food/water bowls and a lovely big bed. Check out time was later than most hotels (noon) which was very useful when juggling organisation.

Grenfell Heritage Hotel & Suites is offering accommodation in St. Anthony. Each accommodation at the 3-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a terrace. We loved the location in town close to everything we needed including the hospital. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went the extra mile. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The first floor rooms require no stairs to access them.

The Tides Inn was our last night splurge at the end of a two week visit to Newfoundland/Labrador. A bit more expensive than other places we'd stayed, but well worth it. A wonderful place to stay. Great view out over the inlet from the room - all rooms have the view. Robert (co-owner) was so friendly on reception with great local dinner recommendation. Room was well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Self service but with a good selection - bacon, sausage, eggs, cereals, toast and pastries.
