Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The staff went above and beyond at every step—from the valet’s gracious welcome to the reception’s professionalism and the concierge’s exceptional attentiveness. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Geneva, Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the city. My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 1.5 months while finding our new apartment in Geneva. It felt like home. We had a one-room apartment which was spacious, providing enough room for rest and work and eat. The well equipped kitchenette was a jewel. We liked buying food to cook in the apartment and that saved a lot of money as going out for meals in Geneva is very expensive. I also liked the washer/dryer inside our room as we could wash our clothes any time as we liked instead of wasting our rest time lining up in communal laundry. The gym and sauna are also great. Replenishment of room supplies (e.g. coffee capsules, washing tablets, etc) was very efficient. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!
