Set in Locarno and with Piazza Grande Locarno reachable within 700 metres, Villa Rossella offers a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Charme Hotel al Torchio is located in Ascona, 3.1 km from Piazza Grande Locarno and 41 km from Lugano Station. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service, luggage storage space and free WiFi. This was perhaps the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Besides that, accommodations were excellent for a small hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was friendly and caring. Location excellent, right around the corner from the lake.
