This hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jack Ma was incredible. Other people have mentioned him in their reviews as well, and they are spot on. This guy makes you feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. The room was lovely, and the bed was quite comfortable. Views from the restaurant on the 31st floor are stunning, and the food was exceptional. Spicy beef with cilantro and the shrimp spring rolls were some of the best bites of food we've had during this trip to China. I would happily stay here again.

Offering garden views, Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park is an accommodation located in Zhangjiajie, 1.3 km from Zixia Taoist Temple and 2 km from Suoxiyu. We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

Wally was very helpful with providing information about the park and helped us with an itinerary. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking from the East Entrance to the park. The bed is comfortable, the wet room is clean and the shower has good pressure. Wally even let us leave our bags in the room and use the shower again after our last day in the park (of course this was conditional on there being no new guests directly after us). Lovely place, fully recommend!

The location is absolutely amazing — perfect for anyone looking to explore the breathtaking Avatar Mountains. The views are stunning and it’s close to many key attractions in the area. A special thank you to Tifiny and her colleague, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they helped us with transportation, entrance tickets, and gave us great guidance on visiting the scenic spots. Their hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountain area!

Situated in Zhangjiajie, 20 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie Jijiehao Inn features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. I really liked the staff there, they helped us to book the tickets to the park even though we bought it at the same day. They all welcomed us really well. Helped us always. The location is pretty good, close to the park, 5 minutes by car. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Next to the hostel was a good place where we could eat delicious food.

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. If you want to be in a place that makes you feel good and comfortable go to Wangyi Inn, we stayed for few days and everyone were so friendly and welcoming to explain everything to us and helping us organise our trip in Zhangjiajie! This lovely hotel is located near the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, within a 10 minute taxi ride and is very convenient. Housekeeper lucy. Very helpful with planning our trip and booking all relevant tickets in advance The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the price was good. This was the first hotel I've stayed in and I was lucky to be able to find one. In addition, there is even a free laundry service if you need to do laundry during your trip. All in all a great hotel.
