I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation. Modern clean hotel as expected from Aloft (Marriott Franchise). The staff were excellent and caring. Helped me immensely to organise a taxi when the taxi app failed, they took over and booked it for me to pay cash to the driver. Thanks a lot. That small gesture shows care.
