Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch features a fitness centre, garden, a restaurant and bar in Shanghai. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel even offered a free city tour with excellent guides, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff—always attentive, professional, and eager to help. Many thanks especially to Jane and Jonshon at the front desk who went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance. Their warmth and dedication truly elevated my stay—I felt cared for at every moment.Highly recommended!

Situated in the centre of Shanghai, Atour Hotel People's Square Metro Station Shanghai is set 600 metres from Pedestrian Street of East Nanjing Rd. And 1.1 km from People's Square. Everything was excellent. The room eas comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal, close to everything you might need, yet quiet and relaxing. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the town.

Location , ease towards walking to terminal 1 , easy check in easy check out, great breakfast spread! Great value ! Would like to have had guest computer access or office space to print out papers for work that had to also do , but overall it was great! Friendly staff. Get breakfast included well worth it! Staff even if didn’t know English that great was still able to communicate using different translation apps to help.

Under the hotel guide Mr Liu Tzo, I understand lots of story about the hotel details and he is nice person. The location is good and just near metro station, from there you can easy take metro line 2 to Shanghai 2 international airport.

Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name
