One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Attractively situated in the Luohu district of Shenzhen, CM Serviced Apartment Shenzhen Dongmen is situated 1.9 km from Shenzhen Railway Station Luohu, 5 km from Shenzhen Stadium and 6 km from... Liaoje metro station in front of hotel , just 1 minute walk, pedestrian street is there also. all is clean and the room look new. everything is great except one of a lady in reception who cannot speak cantonese, she is not friendly and don't care about what customer say. cleaning staff very cute and polite to us. Anyway this place is very high recommend to stay

Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.

Everything was exceptionally good. From the rooms, to the food, the entry hall and especially the staff, who helped us when we forgot a bag in the Uber/Didi car. I could not recommend this hotel enough, would definitely stay again

With a bit of humour, I’d say the CEO of this hotel probably has the easiest job in the world, because the staff does it all. From reception to housekeeping, from room service to concierge, the "Horizon" Lounge team - every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. What impressed me most is that this wasn’t a one-time fluke. I’ve returned to this hotel several times over the past few years, and each visit reaffirmed my impression: the quality of service is consistently outstanding. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, and everything works, which, for frequent travellers, is priceless. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like coming back, not just because it’s convenient, but because it feels like a home away from home—highly recommended.
