Kind hosts, a huge apartment, and rooms in good condition,, everything is good. Also, there are snacks for guests to have a light breakfast. The hosts are really considerate of us and they do quick responses. I highly recommend staying here.

All was perfect - thank you!!! - smooth check-in, check-out, helpfulness of everyone around (I felt like at home and very welcome), cleanliness of the room and also other areas, cosy rooms and the whole hotel, reception also provides the taxi service ordering, functional Wi-Fi - amazing breakfast (local, fresh, delicious, interesting, home-made - I had everyday different breakfast even though I stayed more than a week :), amazing restaurant (all meals I tasted were literally very experiential) - calm and nice location close to the beach as well as supermarket As a bonus, chef Maria Julia around with her kindness and professionality (not only in gastronomy) :) I hope to come again!

One of the highlights was their convenient car rental service, which made exploring Santiago Island so much easier and more enjoyable. From the beautiful landscapes to the vibrant local culture, everything was within reach. I also recommend this place to other visitors, especially as it’s located very close to Praia Airport — making arrivals and departures quick and stress-free. I truly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Verde — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

Very clean and nice. Looks like the pictures. More golden decor than blue. But very nice for the price.

Set in Montanha, 30 km from Cape Verde National Stadium, Hotel Cantinho offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It is obvious that this is a new hotel or a new room. The elevator was not working when we arrived. It was difficult to get through to the staff at night, but then they opened the gate for us. The breakfast is great! especially the coffee and local dishes. But the room needs more equipment: a bedside table only on one side of the bed. Hot drinks are important in the mountains, but there is no kettle. The lighting is very cold. There is a refrigerator, but it is very noisy. The Internet does not work well in the room, although the router is nearby. Nowhere is it written what time breakfast is and what is the password for Wi-Fi
