Set in Guayaquil, 2 km from Saint Francis Church, Casa Las Peñas Siglo XXI B&B offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in the king suite. The room was extra large with comfortable bed and bedding. There were excellent amenities and I particularly liked a luggage rack and full length mirror. Breakfast was delicious with daily variety. Wilmer was our host and was very helpful and friendly. The B&B was secure and located in a very convenient location.

Price-quality relation exceptional. Very friendly owner. Fully equipped (even a bottle of water and tea as well as shampoo and alike was there). The location forces you to take a cab but it is easy to get one.
