ZEN Hotel is set in Quito, 2.4 km from La Carolina Park and 2.7 km from Iñaquito Mall. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling. At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!

This is an amazing place to stay in Chugchilan. You will feel so welcomed by the family who owns the hostel - they are so kind and gracious and make you feel so comfortable and at home. The vegetarian meals were huge and delicious and there was banana bread available all day as well as coffee and tea. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. The cat Theresa is so friendly and the sweetest little boy lives here!!
