The staff were welcoming especially Ahmed (I hope I got his name right) at the front desk. The short bald waiter at the main restaurant was also spectacular. And the bar man at the blue bar was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me us a room upgrade. There spa was also nice, Fatima was of good help, I had the Ramsis program.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained. Great staff especially at the Posh Club (thanks Louela and Tamer!). Amazing food in all the restaurants on site. The room was very nice (royal suite). The beach is well serviced. In short, absolutely no complaint!

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport. Amazing customer relations team, doing their best to make guests happy. Especially Nada was in close contact with us during our stay, messaged everyday to check up on us and ensure we are happy and satisfied with our stay. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The facility was very clean and food was good. We had our dinners in selected restaurants, all was great in service and taste. We had an amazing SPA experience and I had the best massage I have ever had in my life, thanks to Umi from SPA center. Cleaning staff in our building, Saith, was amazing, very helpful and kind. Kids had amazing time and enjoyed our stay as much. Thanks to all staff, especially Nada for this amazing experience.

This stay was one of our favourite in all egypt We have been to hurghada luxor cairo and now sharm They have THE BEST food and their chef is amazing Usually in egypt not all cuisines taste good but every single dish here was amazing The aquapark is amazing the rides are so much fun ! There is a whole big park for the kids also They have amazing entertainment at night daily The staff were very friendly The rooms are very huge and feels luxurious Reception was very helpful and welcoming especially Mr Ahmed Safan and Mohammed Ghareb(bebo) We will certainly come back with the rest of our family in the future !
