We had a very nice time in the Palermo Chalet. It was Equipment with everything we needed and very well maintained. We will for sure consider to return next year.

The property was fully air conditioned in every room aswell as fans. Wifi was available. A very long swimming pool goes across the chalet which looked amazing and was fun to use. Balcony view is nice. A shuttle bus is one call away to pick you up from your property and take you to the supermarket, restaurant and beach. The host was very helpful whenever we needed anything, he is a very kind and generous person. Would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

My wife and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at this hotel after a long trip from Canada, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were delighted by the warm welcome we received, as the staff waited for our arrival and unexpectedly filled our room with beautiful flowers. Special thanks to Khamis, Christine, and the other reception staff for their outstanding hospitality; they truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Our room was spacious and offered stunning views of both the pools and the sea, providing a serene backdrop for our time there. The hotel's spa and the open buffet were equally impressive, with a wide variety of high-quality food available every day. The evening shows catered to both kids and adults, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do. One of the highlights was the resort walk, where the staff took lovely pictures of us and even created a memorable video of our experience. Overall, our stay was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing, and we feel so fortunate to have chosen this hotel for our honeymoon. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

The boutique luxurious resort is located directly on the magical Red Sea; Here is where you can enjoy your summer flip-flops, warmer weather, sunshine & the panoramic sea views all year round. Absolutely breathtaking. Everyone was so nice. Professional. Especially the manager, Ramadan (aka Vin Diesel). They service was great. Dinner and breakfast was included which was buffè. Endless meals.

Located next to Ain Soukhna’s port overlooking the Red Sea, this hotel offers an outdoor pool. The Spa at Stella Sea Club with extra fees providing Sauna, Steam room and relaxing Lounge. They had nice pastries and desserts, I wanted better coffee options, Decent variety too. Portion sizes in the grilled section weren't that big, But it was really tasty.

Everything is so perfect, specially at the receptionist areas. There is a very nice person Mr. باسم شريف Bassem sherif he’s so kind and so good and so professional I would come back to this place because of this kind person
