The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Located in the heart of Cognac, Hôtel Quai des Pontis is on the banks of the Charente River. We rented a cabin on the water and my just loved it. Super quiet, fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin had 2 beds, but the one bed was a full, not big enough for my husband and I, so we each had our own bed. The pool was closed, but it looked fine.
