This hotel is divided into 2 buildings from the 18th-century, a former school, from Napoleon III period. This is another place that rates quite high for my family, with 30 years of experience of traveling to Europe! The owner is phenomenal and warmly welcomed us when we arrived. As it was before our room was ready, we could leave our luggage at the property. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The facilities, including our beautiful room and bathroom, are great. The breakfast room has plenty of options. The exterior courtyard was peaceful and charming. The location of the hotel is perfect, being a 1 minute walk to Chateau d'Azay-le-Rideau. The small village is serene and easy to explore during a short evening walk. We parked (2 nights) at the free spots in "Parking de La Passerelle", about 5 minutes away. There might be free overnight parking a bit closer at L'ilot d'Azay, but ask beforehand if it is free and legal. Definitely make Hotel de Biencourt your choice when in this part of France. You will not regret it!

Located in Chinon, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, Hôtel Rive Sud offers a warm and friendly welcome 5 minutes from the mediaeval centre of town. Loved everything about this property, the location was just a short walk across the bridge to the village. The Hôtel decor is amazing! The rooms are well set up and are clean and stylish. The family that own the hotel have done amazing job. Would definitely stay there again.

The facilities were outstanding, relative to any other hotel in the price range. Very good associated restaurant. Enthusiastic, hospitality focused proprietor who speaks English fluently.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast in Le Liège, Les Chambres d'Emma offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. This is the most wonderful guest house. It has been crafted with love. The bedrooms are beautifully done up, immaculately clean with very comfy bedding! Breakfast was delicious. Chloe and her husband were so accommodating - we arrived late with two small boys and that wasn’t a problem at all. They have two miniature ponies and hens which were a big hit! We would love to come back. It is a real gem.

Located just 34 km from Château de Villandry, Gîte de la Casse offers accommodation in Channay-sur-Lathan with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a minimarket. Beautiful property and the proprietor is a lovely person.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations and arranging for a cab service to bring us to the airport. The room was charming, very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Location was excellent!

Situated in Esvres, 15 km from Vinci International Congress Center, Loire Valley Lodges - Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the environment was comfortable and intimate, the decor was beautiful, and it was amazing to soak in the jacuzzi while it was raining. This stay was an unforgettable experience for me. The hotel's dinner was also very delicious, the chef was handsome, and the ingredients were very fresh, sourced from the forest, private garden, and local suppliers. Surrounded by the forest at night and awakened by nature in the morning, it felt like we rediscovered our inner peace! We will definitely come back if we have the chance in the future!

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Domaine de Planchoury is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Saint-Michel-sur-Loire, 5.6 km from Château de Langeais. Loved the lovely old chateau with all its adjoining structures and gardens. It was so easy to imagine large gardens parties and balls. Breakfast buffet was the best we had in France. The hostess and staff super helpful.
