Brucefield Boutique B&B, a property with a garden, a terrace and a bar, is set in Arbroath, 14 km from Lunan Bay, 29 km from Discovery Point, as well as 49 km from St Andrews University. Excellent in all regards. The hosts were fabulous. Lodging accommodated my mobility restrictions with ramps, downstairs room. Hosts made dinner reservations at a lovely harbor seafood restaurant.

Situated on the edge of the Carnoustie Golf Links Championship Course, the Carnoustie Golf Hotel is less than 200 metres from the sandy beach. Location and friendly staff, very clean and light room. Good food.

Located in Arbroath, Lunan House offers beachfront accommodation 200 metres from Lunan Bay Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden, a restaurant and a bar. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. And the beach is fabulous.

The Old Brewhouse offers accommodation in Arbroath. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There is free WiFi throughout. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The hotel is a very cosy local business! We felt so welcome. The room was spotless, there were so many thoughtful little things about the place that made us feel at home. The restaurant is also excellent and is heaving with locals and tourist, really lovely to see. Can’t recommend enough! Oh, and the view was just wonderful.

Set in Millton of Clova, 31 km from Glamis Castle, Glen Clova Hotel & Luxury Lodges offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Wonderful lodge in a remote location. The perfect start to a 16 day tour of Scotland. Hiking the Glen Clova area to Airlie tower, Castle Clova, and Glen Doll was the perfect way to adjust to the time change. Their restaurant staff are to notch.

Less than half a mile from Carnoustie Golf Course, the 19th Hole Hotel provides spacious rooms with 32-inch TVs and cosy bathrobes. Guests can enjoy full Scottish breakfasts. The location, parking, the staff were all accommodating. The food and drinks were excellent and fair priced.

In Arbroath centre, just 30 minutes’ drive from Dundee, The Townhouse Hotel offers stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant and a lively bar. Old property, but very tastefully renovated. Staff is miles above anyone we’ve met in Scotland! SO friendly, so polite, so welcoming of our Canadian travel group. Location was amazing, a short walk to the ocean! Easy check in & parking was super close by.

The Park Hotel is in a quiet area, in the centre of this historic seaside town, 800 metres from Montrose Rail Station and the golf course. It has free parking, en suite rooms and a bar and restaurant.... Front desk staff was wonderful

Near the town centre, the Links Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant and free parking. Montrose rail station is nearby. The staff were excellent. They were all so friendly and accommodating that it makes me want to come back soon.
