This romantic 4-star country house hotel offers views from each bedroom. It offers a Scottish dining and local seafood in the property's restaurant with a choice of menus. The food is the best we had in Scotland up till now. The room is very pleasant with a homey feel. The staff are very friendly. We even got a box of chocolates in our room and also a special treat for our celebration. I will definitely be back. This time with my dog, since they are very welcome there.

Featuring mountain views and only a 10-minute walk to sandy beaches, Iona Pods features pod accommodation in Iona on a working croft. Complimentary WiFi is provided. The en-suite pod was gorgeous. Very comfortable and cosy with everything you could need for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom felt spacious and luxurious with a huge walk in shower. It was so peaceful and the view with a coffee in the morning was glorious. I loved it!

Ben Cruachan Inn - Restaurant, Pub with Rooms is located in Loch Awe and features a garden and terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving local cuisine. Our stay on the lochs was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, close to the picturesque Kilchurn Castle where you can also spot the highland cows. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our dog felt welcome, even offering a dog menu! The food was exceptional, and we enjoyed a tasty supper complete with a whiskey tasting that was perfect for the chilly Highlands weather. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a warm, dog-friendly atmosphere, great food, and a beautiful location.

Providing sea views, Boat House Super Suites in Rothesay provides accommodation and a garden. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Location, location, location, right on the water front overlooking the harbour with views of distant islands. An easy walk from the CalMac ferry terminal, hop on hop off bus, and well stocked small supermarket. Starter breakfast supplies were very handy. Could have sat looking at the view forever.

Nestled in 3.5 acres of woodland in Western Scotland, Airdeny Chalets feature self-catering accommodation sitting in a garden with terrace. Free Wi-Fi, free parking and BBQ facilities are available. We stayed a couple of days on a walking holiday. There are a few nice walks in the area, but in general there are not a lot of trails. If you are into walking, check out Fearnoch Forest (access next to Angus' Garden, about a mile up the road), or walk over the ridge and to the beach via Balindore. In the village, there is a very well stocked village grocery shop with the friendliest shopkeeper in the world. Nearest serious walk is Ben Cruachan, but we did not get there. Good public transport to Oban, for a day trip.

Facing the seafront in Rothesay, St.Ebba B&B has a garden and a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. A minute or so drive from the centre of Rothesay so everything handy but quiet location. Room was lovely overlooking the bay., everything was spotless and bathroom great. Very nice breakfast and a separate guest lounge, both with wonderful views. Staff were friendly and helpful.
