Property was well situated in proximity to the middle of Edinburgh, Staff was very friendly, welcoming and always available. The hotel itself, is well decorated with a homely feel. The room itself was clean, tidy and well laid out. The kitchenette area was a good size and well stocked.

Location is simply perfect, just a few steps away from the historical center and many other nice places to visit. Room and bathroom were extremely clean, spacious and bed was comfortable.
