Situated in Claygate, The Foley has been a village pub since the 1780s. Now a coaching inn, it offers boutique-style bedrooms, a stylish pub, and a dining room. WiFi and parking are free. The Foley is lovely, well kept, a comfortable place to stay as well as a great place to hang out. I was only staying for two nights, but would have loved the opportunity to stay longer. HUGE shoutout to Savannah, Nicholas, and Richard! They all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room had great amenities with lots of local snacks and beverages. I had a lovely breakfast and a tasty dinner during the stay. I’m not a beer drinker, so I cannot attest to their offerings, but the wine list was very nice. The patio area was very inviting, but unfortunately I did not use, as the weather was not the best. Water pressure was spot-on (which is usually a complaint from me.), HVAC worked well.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Trumbles Gatwick B&B is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Charlwood, 19 km from Box Hill. Everything was very high quality and amazing! We had a super short stay as we were only sleeping the night for a connection. It being the very last night of our Europe trip, though, I wanted a place that would be very comfortable for catching up on rest and convenient to get to the airport. I arranged everything ahead of time with the owners and they were very communicative and accommodating for our after hours check-in and super early departure to the airport. Andre was amazing and had a delicious warm breakfast ready for us and shuttled us to the airport in time for our flights. I was just so sad that we couldn’t stay longer as their garden was so beautiful, and the beds so comfortable! They even had a piano/keyboard in their lounge area, which I know my friend and I would have loved to have played and sung on if we had the extra time!

Located within 17 km of Colliers Wood and 18 km of Crystal Palace Park in Warlingham, Snuggle Inn Serviced Apartments, Great choice for large groups, Contractors, Business Executives and Family... The service was amazing, friendly and welcoming. We had a very late check-in for our last minute booking, due to a cancellation of our flights at Gatwick. The apartment was very well appointed, with large rooms and comfortable beds. It was an oasis after a stressful evening at the airport.
