From the beginning till the end of our stay,everything was excellent. Very attentive and helpful staff,very clean room,cozy spa and wonderful jacuzzi outside. The views are nice and location is very accessible from the road. Breakfast was also very good. We were staying not during the winter season,so we definitely would come again if we visiting Gudauri during the ski season.

The best part of the property is the view as from the balcony and the beds even you have a direct view of the slopes and ski lifts, while at the same time it's peaceful and quiet. We couldn't get enough of the majestic views of the snow clad mountains. They even have slippers for two, room is warm in winter, cutlery available for cooking and preparing breakfast for yourself.
