On the first note is the stuff - exceptional from the start to finish. Excellent restaurants, both of them, nice big room and bathroom. I can say we had some of the best sushi and desserts ever.

Set within 800 metres of Pineta Beach and 25 km of Aquapark Istralandia, Baden Resort Bašanija, Umag-with Sea View, Parking and 300m from the beach provides rooms with air conditioning and a private... I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever visited. The apartment is modern and finished to a very high standard. It’s well-equipped, which made my stay comfortable and convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that it has two bathrooms, which is perfect for families or groups. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Another highlight is the beautiful beach located just a few minutes’ walk away. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a top-quality stay in Croatia!

Casa della Grofica is located in Kringa and features a private pool and pool views. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 33 km from Cathedral St. Eufemia Rovinj. Our experience at Casa della Grofica absolutely exceeded all expectations. I've visited Istria many times, but this was something completely different – not just a place to stay, but a deeply enchanting experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the house and its surroundings. Every single detail, from the interior design to the carefully chosen amenities, feels lovingly curated and completely effortless. It’s rare to find a place where comfort and authenticity blend so seamlessly. The hosts deserve special praise – they are like gentle, attentive guardians of the house (or maybe fairies!) who are always there when you need them, without ever intruding. Their care and passion for hospitality is evident in everything they do. The photos online are beautiful, but the reality is even better: larger, more elegant, and more inviting. Every corner of the house has been designed with thought and soul – it feels like stepping into a dream you don’t want to wake up from. And the breakfast? Simply breathtaking. Freshly prepared eggs with truffles, warm, flaky pastries, homemade jams, creamy yogurt, seasonal fruits, and a mighty coffee machine to bring it all together. Set 40 km from Morosini-Grimani Castle, House 61 Sveta Marina offers 5-star accommodation in Sveta Marina and has a garden. The apartment is nice and modern. Everything that you need to stay is there. Each bedroom has their own large bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. View form the terrace and salon are amazing. If you want to watch morning sunrise with coffee – you are in the right place. Small shop is in center of Sveta Marina. Supermarkets are in not far away Labin. Two beaches within walking distance. The bay is visited by a dolphin’s almost each day. Very good place as base to sightseen Istria and neighborhoods islands. The host is very helpful and cozy. Very good Wi-Fi In case needed
