The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. Really nice and comfortable place. There is a good gym and outdoor pool and there is a huge mall in the building which has lots of retail shops, food options, supermarket and even 2 cinemas. You actually don't need to leave the complex which is slightly dangerous 😁 Christian was also an excellent host and very responsiveness during our stay when/if we had any questions.
