Fresh room, big and comfortable bed. Quiet location, not far from the center by rickshaw. Everything was working fine, all the toiletries were available, even dental kit. Bathroom has all the options for indian and western style. The owner was really helpful, he provided valuable information about the Golden Temple and also local food. He was going to tell me about the temple in 10 minutes but it still took close to half an hour, shorter version probably was hard to achieve :)

We were particularly impressed with the quality and flavours of the food provided both at breakfast and dinner/room service, our compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff. However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever. Housed in one of Amritsar's oldest mansions, Ranjit's Svaasa, a 200 year old Heritage Boutique Haveli is a luxurious spa retreat located just off Mall Road. This is an Oasis of Peace in a busy city. The garden, plants, cozy and diverse decor all make for such a good welcoming and peaceful stay. My room was large and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff goes out of their way to take care of guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I got upgraded on my last visit and the reception staff took no time to work us to our rooms. The dining facility is par excellence, the breakfast quality is really good.
