Offering beautiful sea views from its position right on the coast, the 4-star Hotel Miramare - Adults Only con Private Spa offers design interiors and stylish rooms with modern furniture. Nice place, we rented 2 rooms, one single and one double. We arrived before opening dinner time hours and we were greeted with free appetisers and a glass of wine/ water at preference with a voucher we got. The view from the rooms to the sea gives you a moment of calmness that is especially felt in the morning. The place was clean and tidy. The restaurant was very good, we served fresh fish of the day and in the morning the breakfast had a wide selection of everything you wish for; Mihaela was particularly helpful and very nice, she even prepared candles on a cake because that day was my birthday. Nice touch;) The parking is in front of hotel. I would for sure return and we warmly recommend this place. The Miramare Castle is walking distance from the place or a couple of minutes by car.

Located in the centre of Trieste, Casa Romano Suites provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who... It's hard to do justice to Casa Romano Suites in a reviw, since we travel a lot but never had such a good experience anywhere else. Casa Romano is located right in the city centre, a few steps away from Piazza della Borsa, and a very short walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia. Nada is an incredibly attentive (yet very unobtrusive) host. Everything we needed and much more was provided for our stay. We had plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils, an Illy espresso machine with a seemingly inexhaustible set of coffee pods, a wide selection of teabags, etc. On arrival, Nada met us outside to hand over the keys to the property. When during our stay it got unusually hot for April, despite the centralised A/C not being available until May, Nada offered to install a portable air conditioner for us. When we go back to Trieste we won't want to stay anywhere else!
