Our room was spotlessly clean and recently renovated, featuring charming tropical decor that enhanced the island experience. The attention to detail was impressive, and the room had everything we needed. There are drinks available in the mini-fridge (for an additional charge), which was a convenient touch. Staff & Service: The staff truly made our stay special. Ms. Bev, who manages the property, is an absolute treasure - warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. We formed a wonderful connection with her during our stay. She also offers additional items you might need during your visit, which proved very convenient. Steve deserves special mention as well. He was our guide throughout Jamaica - arranging transportation from the airport, taking us shopping, and even to Ocho Rios. His knowledge about Jamaican culture and history turned our transfers into fascinating tours. Both Ms. Bev and Steve represent the incredible hospitality that makes Jamaica special. We loved it so much we extended our stay! The connections we formed with staff and locals were unexpected highlights, and we're already planning our return.
